Damien Holder submitted these wonderful characters to the Threadless website. If you’re not familiar with it, Threadless is a contemporary art/pop culture T-Shirt site which accepts and prints designs by submission. Those submissions must first go forward for public scoring for seven days.

As a lover of conceptual reinterpretations, Damien says “I was quite taken  by the aesthetic similarities between my kids Mr Men books and one of my old favourite toy ranges: Masters of The Universe. It seemed like a natural, if unexpected (and fun) ‘mash up’ opportunity.
