Two days after Nelson Mandela passed away, Gary Wing was commissioned to illustrate a portrait of the great man for Msafiri, the in-flight magazine for Kenya Airways. Gary decided to depict Mandela in his later days before he became frail and added his childhood home to the picture. Nice touch Gary.
