Experienced and versatile – Just two of the words you’ll hear a lot when talking about Gary Wing. Since graduating from Kingston University in the UK, Gary’s work as a freelance illustrator has taken him to New York, California, Paris, Berlin, Stuttgart and Amsterdam where he produces reportage artworks for various publications including The Architects Journal and Blueprint Magazine.
For a number of years, he was also the ‘in-house’ illustrator at The Economist. His vast experience of working with such a wide and diverse range of clients has enabled him to develop his versatile approach to illustration. He enjoys nothing more than a challenging commission that pushes him into ‘unchartered waters’, allowing him to produces images that are both fresh and rewarding for client and artist alike. Whether it’s a portrait, a street scene, a building or a seascape, Gary’s unique style dominates and you know he’ll deliver on time, every time.
